Full house renovation and contemporary brick extension in Kelvindale

This project was completed in two phases - in the background the extension drawings were being prepared and planning / warrant permissions sought. In the meantime, the house underwent a full renovation with a rewire, bathroom, flooring, plastering, decoration, new boiler and ch system.

The warrantable work comprised of a new rear extension comprising an open plan kitchen with dining area, plus a study. It included the reconfiguration of the ground floor to accommodate a new shower room and utility room. 

The outside garage needed removed and landscaping work carried out within the their steeply sloping garden space.
