Transformation of a four bedroomed house in Giffnock

Roanna and James have a four bedroom house in Giffnock that wasn't working for them in its current state. There was enough floor space within the property however they felt the rear of the house would benefit from reconfiguration, particularly the existing layout of kitchen, family room and dining room.

The house has been completely transformed and the rear spaces now flow and function superbly. The large expansive kitchen is both functional and beautiful and the large sliding doors fill the space with daylight.

The new master bedroom adds an additional bedroom to the property and gives a touch of luxury with a new ensuite.

Roanna and James were so happy with the result.

The team at nest have completely transformed our home over an eight month period this year. Knowing we’d be living at home throughout our renovation, what mattered most to us was trust - in both the guys onsite and the quality of work being carried out. The builders couldn’t have been better - friendly, respectful and committed to getting the job done. We are delighted with the finished product, it was certainly worth the wait! 

As two busy full-time working parents we sought a company who could manage the project on our behalf. Working with Dene and Debbie gave us confidence that any unexpected challenges along the way would be dealt with. Being able to rely on their expertise took the pressure off making significant (and costly) decisions throughout.
