Contemporary extension and renovation in Jordanhill

A stunning contemporary kitchen/dining extension with utility, bathroom and renovation in Jordanhill.

The Challenge

Our clients approached us to work as main contractor to form a new rear extension and carry out structural alterations.

Their current small kitchen and dining room wasn't working for them and they wanted direct access to a new landscaped garden.

After looking at various construction companies, they decided nest were best suited due to our overall service and attention to detail.

The Solution

All work was carried out whilst the clients and their friendly wee dog Alfie, lived in the property.

We undertook major structural alterations to the existing house in order to form a new open plan extension, designed to compliment the existing house.

A whisky snug, complete with wood burning stove was installed and a new kitchen with bespoke dining area leading to a newly landscaped garden.

The Results

The extension works beautifully with the large patio doors and high window letting in loads of light, creating a welcoming, homely, bright and airy space for our clients to enjoy. 

Our trademark high quality standard of workmanship is seen throughout the extension and the project was executed perfectly for our clients.

When we decided to extend our home we wanted to maximise light and space to create an area we would spent time with family and friends.

From our first meet with Debbie and Dene we have worked together to realise our ambition and we are delighted with outcome. We now have a beautiful space which has transformed our home.

One of the important factors for us was the daily contact and site visits from Dene which ensured constant communication and the ability to discuss issues and make speedy decisions. The team working on site were very courteous and helpful which was much appreciated. 

We are enjoying sharing our "new home" with family and friends. It is such a lovely space to relax, entertain and enjoy.
