Entire home renovation

Following a successful home renovation of clients Derek and Anne's Glasgow flat, we were asked to renovate their 5 bedroom house in Inverurie which had been damaged by flooding.

The Challenge

Our clients property suffered major flood and water damage. All internal floors, walls and ceilings were ruined and had to be removed, along with all insulation and much of the electrical, plumbing, doors and staircase. The house was essentially rebuilt from the inside out.

The Solution

nest relocated some of our workforce to Inverurie where they lived for several weeks whilst completely renovating the property. Walls, ceilings and floors were stripped out. New windows, insulation, heating and electrics were installed and walls, floors and ceilings reinstated. Everything was plastered and decorated and a new kitchen and utility fitted. Two bathrooms and a cloakroom were installed along with three public rooms, a dining room and five bedrooms.

We hand crafted a bespoke oak staircase which complements the house. nest also helped with the design and finish ensuring everything was finished to exacting standards as usual.

The Results

Our clients are delighted with the refurbishment, it's like a completely new house. It's so much brighter and modern and the new hand crafted oak staircase is a stunning new feature within the property.
